A local tooling and machine shop that I was interested in developing a new logo for. This is a custom text for the “JMA” and I designed it with the mindset of using a milling machine to carve them. Then added the crossbar of the “A” to create the allusion to a cutting bit. In the subheading I continued this shape and it would also serve as a simple icon and accent elements in branding.
